哈特在“法律的概念——后记”中对其法实证主义理论的表述:
According to my theory,the existence and content of the law can be identified by reference to the social sources of the law (e.g.legislation,,judicial decisions ,social customs) without reference to morality except where the law thus identified has itself incorporated moral criteria for the identification of the law.
我的翻译：根据我的理论,法的存在和内容不需要参照道德（除非法律发现其为了法律识别而识别自身合并道德准则）,就能够被法所参照的社会资源所识别（例如立法,司法裁决,社会习惯）.
