有哪位高手知道正确的英文的经纬度的读法吗?
例如,北纬1度2分3秒；西经3度2分1秒,英文读法中数字后面带的单位是不是和写法中对应数字的单位一致?谢谢!
两种读法前面都要加个at吗？还是说第二种读法前面没有at?

    minute有以下这样的含义：

    不用的,可以根据语境选择相应的词.
