精简地说,在英文里介绍食物或饮料的做法不太使用method.
当你说its method的时候的理解是“它的方法”.
所以不论是its method is to..或是 its method is that..都不恰当.
method的用法可以有
his method to solve this problem is good. 他的解题方法很好

或是to make this cocktail, you mix..等
